Triathlon training is going like this....
Swim: Hitting the pool with some regularity. Jumped in the lake once about two weeks ago. All in all, I feel really good in the water.
Bike: Now, in addition to my fancy bike that is rarely used, I have fancy new tires! Gotta schedule some time for a few 20-30 mile rides!
Run: I injured my left knee about 2 weeks ago playing flag footbal and haven't been able to run since. It's just now starting to feel good enough to run. Soon I will ramp up the mileage in order to run a solid 10K at my August 8th triathlon.
